If your order is placed before 12pm AEST on a business day, we will aim to dispatch it same day, otherwise it will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed the following business day.

Tracking will be provided via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for shipment details to appear on the carrier's website.

Please note we are not able to cancel orders once they have been placed.

Occasionally, your order may be split shipped between our warehouse and our retail location based on stock availability. In this case, you will receive two tracking numbers to keep an eye on your shipments.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

Due to new government tariffs coming into effect from May 2nd, 2025, shipping to the US will temporarily pause from April 23rd 2025. We hope to be back up and running very soon and will let you know as soon as shipping has resumed. We’re working on long-term solutions to minimise any associated fees, while keeping our service as seamless as possible for our valued US customers.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments are provided by DHL Express.

International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on delivery country. All payable duties and taxes will be displayed at checkout and we guarantee no additional charges on delivery. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive via DHL Express.

Some regions may require duties and taxes to be prepaid before shipment, other regions may have to option to prepay or pay upon delivery.

TAXES & DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout for all International orders, based on all items being shipped out of Sydney, Australia. We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), ensuring no extra charges are billed to the customer once the order arrives at the delivery country. Please note that duties and taxes are not refundable as these fees have been passed onto the local government.

US CUSTOMERS

TAXES & DUTIES

International shipments can be subject to customs and import duties once they reach their destination. For customers in the United States, these are calculated at checkout and included in the cost of your order. For other international locations, Significant Other does not take responsibility for paying any charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Please note that if you have paid duties as part of your order, these were paid to your local government authority and not to Significant Other. This means that we are unable to refund any duties paid if a return is made. Instead, you can apply to your local government to have these reimbursed.

If payment of duties and taxes is refused upon arrival in your destination country, the amount will be deducted from your return.
