RETURNS

You are welcome to lodge a return request within 14 days from the purchase date for domestic orders, and 20 days for international orders. Items must be returned in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.

Please note that we will only accept returns for purchases made on shopsignificantother.com. For item/s purchased from other stockists, please direct returns to the stockist directly.

Please submit your return via our online portal below. Before lodging your return, please ensure your purchase meets the eligibility terms noted below. Significant Other does not accept returns on sale items. Ensure you are happy with your purchase prior to processing your order. Please print our returns form here and fill in required information.

Full Priced Items


Full priced items are eligible for a full refund or credit minus shipping fees. We do not offer exchanges of any kind. Your refund will be returned to the original payment method used to place the order.

All returns shipping costs including taxes incurred for returning a Significant Other item are at the customers expense, unless an item is deemed faulty. Australian customers can generate a return label via Australia Post through our returns portal. Rest of World customers now have the option to generate a DHL return label, and US customers can generate a UPS return label - all via our returns portal above.

The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount. Full priced items with a promotional code applied at the checkout are eligible for a full refund.

Swimwear


Swimwear, sarongs & hats are eligible for return for a refund or store credit if returned in original condition - unworn with hygiene stickers in place.

Sale Items


We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale items. 

Promotional / Welcome Codes


Full priced items with a promotional code applied at the checkout are eligible for a full refund.

Faulty Items


If you believe an item in your order is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team at enquiries@shopsignificant.com with your order number, description and images of the fault. Please note that faulty garments must be flagged with our team within 10 days of receiving your order. Garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Afterpay


Once a refund has been requested, any remaining scheduled payments will be adjusted or cancelled. Any confirmed payments will be refunded to the original payment method, minus original shipping charges.

E-Gift Card


Gift Cards are digital and will be sent via email.

The Gift Card will be emailed to you within 1 hour of purchasing.

Gift Cards are not transferable nor refundable if unused.

Gift cards have a 3-year expiry from the date of issue. Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
