Returns Conditions
  • Please Ensure all items are returned in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached. 
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be inspected and the refund processed. Your refund will be paid back to the original payment method.
  • Significant Other will not be responsible for any loss or damage of items on return shipping.  We suggest items are sent back by registered post with tracking.
  • Refusal of shipment-Any taxes/duties or return shipping fees will be deducted from refund on return.  
Full Priced Items
  • Full priced items are eligible for a full refund minus shipping fees. We do not offer exchange's or store credits.
  • Domestic Orders: Returns must be submitted via our online portal within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • International Orders: Returns must be submitted via our online portal within 20 days of the purchase date.
  • All returns shipping costs including taxes incurred for returning a Significant Other item are at the customers expense, unless an item is deemed faulty.
Sale Items
  • We do not accept returns on sale items 
Promotional /Welcome Codes
  • Full priced items with a promotional code applied at the checkout are eligible for a full refund 
Faulty Items
  • We apologise for any inconvenience a faulty garment may cause. Please contact with your order number, description and images of the fault. 
  • Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  • Contact the original place of purchase to assess your faulty item if not purchased from Significant Other online.

  • Select item(s) to be returned
  • Select return reason
  • Select 'Original Payment Method'
