You are welcome to lodge a return request within 14 days from the purchase date for domestic orders, and 20 days for international orders. Items must be returned in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense.

Please note that we will only accept returns for purchases made on For item/s purchased from other stockists, please direct returns to the stockist directly.

Full Priced Items

Full priced items are eligible for a full refund minus shipping fees. We do not offer exchange's or store credits. Your refund will be returned to the original payment method used to place the order.

All returns shipping costs including taxes incurred for returning a Significant Other item are at the customers expense, unless an item is deemed faulty. For Australian customers, an Australia Post return label can be generated for you in our portal.

The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount. Full priced items with a promotional code applied at the checkout are eligible for a full refund.


Swimwear, sarongs & hats are eligible for return for a refund or store credit if returned in original condition - unworn with hygiene stickers in place.

Sale Items

We do not accept returns on sale items.

Faulty Items

We apologise for any inconvenience a faulty garment may cause. Please contact with your order number, description and images of the fault. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.


Once a refund has been requested, any remaining scheduled payments will be adjusted or cancelled. Any confirmed payments will be refunded to the original payment method, minus original shipping charges.

E-Gift Card

Gift Cards are digital and will be sent via email.

The Gift Card will be emailed to you within 1 hour of purchasing.

Gift Cards are not transferable nor refundable if unused. US customers will purchase Significant Other Gift Cards in US currency, Australia and the rest of the world are in AUD currency.

Gift cards have a 3-year expiry from the date of issue. Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
